Inspection Overview
During each home inspection we make record of the make, model and serial number of all fixed appliances in the home. If there is ever a recall on the appliance, the home owner is notified and given instruction on what steps to take to resolve the issue for that particular appliance.

By having a pre-listing inspection before selling, you're prepared for items that may show up during the buyers inspection.
